Meat Wagon

The meat wagon is a great tool for processing/deboning meat! It has a 5 5/8” blade flat ground a little bit thinner to allow more flex than a standard blade. It is made from AEB-L stainless steel. The blade has been given a stonewashed appearance. The handle is black and orange g10 with steel pins. It will come sharpened with a sheath. Thanks for checking it out.
